Key Responsibilities:

·         Monitor quality of services provided by the company and various departments.

·         Take proactive corrective actions as necessary. 

·         Liaise with Compliance Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. 

·         Monitoring of Call Recording and written communication 

·         Ensure proper level of customer service and quality is maintained on the conduct of employees with clients.

·         Any other task assigned by the Management

Requirements:

·         Fluent in Italian and English

·         Previous experience in the Forex and CFD 's industry will be considered an advantage

·         University degree will be considered as an advantage
