Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a French Sales Agent with previous experience in FX in a sales role.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly targets
Cross-selling company services to provide client improvement and increase targets.
Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Contact existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Promote company's products and services
Educate clients on how to use the company's trading platform
Provide a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly compliant manner.
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of the French / English language both oral and written
Additional languages will be considered an advantage
IT proficient
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor/Diploma Holder will be considered as an advantage
Tireless and results-driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimize performance
