A Customer Service Adviser is a committed team member who consistently achieves customer service goals, productivity and sales targets, while adding significant value to the Company’s commitment of exceeding customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Presenting, promoting and selling company products in order to fit the customer’s needs, face to face and over the telephone
- Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints with efficiency, ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied, offering empowered solutions to customer’s issues
- Explaining policy details to customers, including covers, benefits, services and policy exclusions with utmost honesty and transparency
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Handling cash and proceeding with banking transactions
- Willing to travel to other cities throughout Cyprus when required
- Participating in training sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or studies in a related field
- Basic Insurance Certificate (PASC) or Insurance Diploma will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service and sales field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, quick learner
- Sales-target oriented
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
