Responsibilities:

· Legal support of European, Russian and foreign companies;

· Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, China, Singapore, etc.;

· Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit);

· Legal support of M&A and R&D projects.
