Now we're looking to recruit a Compliance Officer on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing international team in Cyprus, Limassol.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program
- Develop and review company policies
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
- Create and manage effective action plans in prevent possible compliance breaches
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.

Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in the Compliance/Legal field
- CySEC Advanced Examination Certificate and other certifications and diplomas in the compliance
- Knowledge and experience with MIFID legislation and CYSEC regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian and Greek being highly favorable
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills, integrity and professional ethics
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
